Terms of Service

Last updated: July 31, 2026

Forza is currently in a closed beta for invited players. This is a starting draft covering the basics — it has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and should get that review before Forza is opened up beyond a closed friend group.

1. What Forza is

Forza is a fantasy football (soccer) app where you draft real players into a private league with people you invite, and compete based on those players' real-world performance. It is a game for entertainment purposes — no real-money wagering or prizes are involved.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be old enough to legally use an online service in your country to sign up.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Forza to harass other users, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfere with the service (e.g. automated scraping, attempting to overwhelm the app with requests). We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

4. Your content

Anything you enter into Forza (team names, league names, chat messages) stays yours, but you're responsible for it and it's visible to other members of leagues you're in.

5. No warranty

Forza is provided "as is," during an active beta. Features may change, and player stats/projections are sourced from a third-party sports data provider and may occasionally be incomplete or delayed — Forza doesn't guarantee their accuracy.

6. Account deletion

You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us (see below). We'll remove your personal data, subject to what's needed to keep shared league history intact for other members.

7. Changes

These terms may change as Forza develops. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms? Reach out to whoever invited you to your league, or the app's administrator.
